Complaints

If you wish to make a formal complaint, which could include a complaint about our level of service, you are kindly requested to make it in writing to Redburn Solicitors at Dunham House, 1st Floor, Cross Street, Sale, Cheshire M33 7HH.

On receipt of your complaint, we will write to notify you of how the complaint will be handled and within what timescales you will be given an initial or substantive response. We also have a complaints procedure, a copy of which is available on request.

On occasions, we may invite you to attend a meeting to explain the outcome of our internal investigation in more detail, in an effort to ensure that you will receive an adequate summary of the steps taken to resolve any problems.
