Will I have to go for a medical assessment?

A medical report is needed to evaluate your claim and to make sure that you receive the correct compensation. However, we are able to engage with medical specialists that are local to you, so you won’t have to travel far.

How long do I have before I can make an accident claim?

Under normal circumstances you have 3 years in which to submit and issue proceedings for an accident claim. However, the 3 year rule is only applicable to people aged over 18.
